The rooms are huge. Totally different layout from a traditional hotel. Very clean. Great for families and extended stays. Very low prices. Lots of options for breakfast and the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Quiet and peaceful.

The lady at the desk was absolutely awesome very welcoming and very friendly and quick about getting the room and friendly. The room was big and spacious. My only downside to this place was there was alot to be desired. The breakfast mon-fri was absolutely minimal at best. The outside of the room was cracked and missing paint the parking area was pretty bad and the room even though it was good in size had alot to be desired in cleanliness and maintenance issues and the water went out for a period of time. Plus the curtain only covers a bit of the window not the entire thing. And there are wild cats running around with mange and it's always trying to get into your room.

The room was very clean, spacious, and well designed for an affordable price. Newly renovated rooms with great customer service. Located right off of the main highway.

The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. When I laid down, I couldn’t even tell someone else was next to me—it felt like I had the whole bed to myself while still enjoying the comfort of having someone close by. The room also had a cozy sofa chair with an ottoman, plus a desk with a proper business chair, which made it easy to get work done comfortably. The bathroom setup was a little different—it’s not directly connected to the main area of the room. You walk past the sink, around the corner by the closet, and then into the bathroom. At first it felt like a bit of a trek, but honestly, it was nice having it separated. It kept the heat from showers and any other odors away from the bedroom, making the room itself feel fresher and more relaxing. The only downside was the inconsistent breakfast. Some mornings it was good, other mornings it felt lacking.

The pool was quiet and had a divine temperature but not at all like I expected from the pictures posted by the hotel. There was a tarp over the hot tub and the whole thing had to be drained and cleaned out in order to use it. The beds were amazing and I slept extremely comfortably with little noise. The room was very large but disjointed because the bathroom sink w/ mirror/vanity area, were completely separate of the toilet/shower area. You had to leave the bathroom walk in a giant u around to the wall that's behind the bathroom to get to the vanity and mirror so you can wash your hands. The weekend breakfast was exactly as described and very large variety of items. You had your standard waffles cereal breakfast bars but also you had fresh made scrambled eggs, over easy eggs, sausage and bacon as well. You also had sausage gravy and biscuits along with all the juices and coffee plus ice water and an ice maker for additional ice. Staff was accommodating of our needs of a handicapped ground level room, but on day 2/3 of our stay they were trying to get us to move to a different room because someone had rented joined rooms and they needed our room. They were trying to get us to move to an upstairs room which I said was absolutely not possible because my friend is handicapped. We ended up not moving, but it took a lot of negotiating to make them understand that we were leaving in the morning anyway and did not want to pack up just because someone got into town and would be in the room for only 6 hours meanwhile inconveniencing my whole party and then not being able to provide another ground level room. On Memorial Day Monday, breakfast returned to a normal no homemade food- cold cereal, cereal bars, & waffles. I'd stay here again just for the pool because it was deep throughout, and the perfect temperature, most importantly it was silent and I felt alone in it the entire weekend. Very lovely space and underrated to be in the middle of Killeen. Every corner was decorated including the stairways to the second level, that had beautiful mirrors and greenery walls. The owner who designed everything has impeccable taste.

Great hospitality from the front desk concerning special requests. The rooms are very large for the price range and looked clean enough. The air conditioning was powerful. The room layout was somewhat odd, with the sink on the opposite side of the suite than the toilet. The two lights in the bedroom area didn't work. There wasn't any sort of "Do Not Disturb" sign for the door and housekeeping inexplicably opened the door at 3pm while I was napping. The pool looked inviting but it was padlocked closed on both sides. The room did not have any full body mirrors; they were all chest level and above. The weekend hot breakfast was the usual scrambled eggs/sausage combo most travelers would expect. There are a few restaurants/stores within a short walking distance. For the price, this hotel is a good value.

I just spent this weekend here and I enjoyed this hotel so much. I was VERY CLEAN, VERY WELL KEPT, VERY PRIVATE. The staff was nice and kind and helpful. My bed was super soft. And I love the layout of the room. It was spacious and it was quiet. Smart TV in the room synced to my phone and made it easy to feel like home away from home. The pool was well kept and private as well. When I visit Kileen again I’m staying here.
